This agreement is a legal contract between you and Feiniao VPN (referred to as the 'Service Provider') regarding downloading, installing and using the App and related network services.

By downloading or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, extract source code, translate app text or create derivative versions without authorization. Intellectual property related to the App belongs to the Service Provider or its licensors. To maintain service quality, we may adjust functions, nodes or fees and will notify users appropriately. Users are responsible for device security and account confidentiality; jailbreaking or rooting a device may create security risks or app failures.

This Service may integrate necessary third-party services such as Google Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. When using related functions, you are also subject to those providers’ terms.

Service functionality depends on a stable network environment, including Wi-Fi or mobile data. The Service Provider is not responsible for inability to use the service caused by device arrears, data limits, weak signals or carrier restrictions. Mobile data charges may apply outside Wi-Fi. When roaming abroad, confirm applicable fees and bill-payer permission before use.

Users are responsible for their own usage behavior. Inability to access the service due to battery depletion, system permission limits or third-party platform policy changes is not covered by compensation. We work to maintain routing information and client compatibility but do not guarantee that all third-party data or external platforms will remain available. The App may release updates from time to time, and you agree to install the latest version when necessary. The Service Provider reserves the right to adjust or terminate service in accordance with applicable rules.

Software Non-Refund Policy

Non-Refund Policy: Software and digital service sales are generally final. Once account benefits, license keys or digital access rights are activated, no no-reason refund requests will be accepted.

Technical Issues: If technical issues affect normal use, we will make reasonable efforts to help resolve them. Issue handling does not automatically create a refund entitlement.

Unauthorized Use: No refund will be provided if account rights, license keys or digital access are shared, resold or used without authorization.
